For many years I worked as a freelancer, but now am at ZimmerFish in East Lansing, Michigan.

 

It has given me tremendous pleasure to work with clients from coast to coast in editorial, educational, and children's publishing, toy development, business, and advertising. I've won a few awards along the way, been inducted into the Society of Illustrators,and feel honored to have had work in the Communication Arts Illustration Annual as well as the Illustration Annualof the Society of Illustrators.

 

The line between fine and commercial art is a bit blurry, as style is style, clients are friends, and a fine art piece might end up being used for commercial purposes. Call it whatever you like, i's all fun to create.
